Community Minds

Earlier this year, a group of leading local business leaders met to focus on how best to help raise the aspirations of young people in our community: a critical priority for Rushmoor.  Ideas under consideration included a programme of work placed visits, employee talks and inspirational presentations for a select cohort of school-aged learners, plus a mentoring scheme.  This meeting of Community Minds explores with the original group how to take forward the next stage of this initiative.  As this pilot project develops, it is envisaged that the scope could be widened.
